Hmm… I have decided to pick a subject to study that is not under Information Technology.
I have decided… I will pick Neuroscience! Fundamental shouldn’t be too difficult right?
From the me who forgot that she only took Science until secondary 2 and only combined Chemistry & Physics for O levels in secondary 3 and 4. Some 10 years ago.

Alright! Let’s start studying.
Going through Fundamentals of Neuroscience Part I Chapter 1…
OMG! Why is this so difficult? Depolarization and hyperpolarization? How do you see this? How come is minus & not plus? why is it this direction?
(Decided that it is too difficult decided to ask for help)

A new friend that I have been texting recently.
Me: Hi, did you take biology(bio) last time?
Her: Yes, I did! Why?
Me: Can you still remember?
Her: More of, but it might be outdated. Why?
Me: Do you know depolarization and hyperpolarization?
Her: Not really, whats that? Cannot really remember. Why are you asking?
Me: I am taking classes. I couldn’t understand and its too difficult & I have no biology background. I totally killed myself with this one.
Her: Let me google.
Her: Okay I googled, got some memory came back.
Me: ?
(Explanation about Membrane Potential, Resting Potential (K+ Nernest Potential), Electrical Voltage, Internal & External Voltages. More negative, entry and exiting of +ve & -ve ions)
Me: Oh
Her: Studying Bio made me think that creation can only be by design. Do you have lecture notes?
Me: It’s self paced course online, I can share the lecture notes online online with you.
Her: Oh! Wah! Neuroscience was a year 3 module for us.
Me: Year 3 Module? University?
Her: Yes University. Do you remember your JC Bio?
Me: I didn’t go JC.
Her: How about secondary school?
Me: I didn’t take Bio in secondary school.
Her: Wah! You are really brave.
Me: You took Bio in University?
Her: Yes.
Me: =_=’ That means I can totally asked you the questions. You are totally qualified!!
(After a lot conversation..)
Me: Yes… God is good! I was considering asking a Bio teacher but is busy with marriage or another doctor who is now in the covid ward or another girl, however I believe they are too busy this season.
Her: Alright! You can help me revise my Bio.
Me: So happy~~
Her: Cells are the most amazing things ever. Like AMAZING.
(Talks about Biology labs. Radioactive or carcinogens stuff. Biohazard.)
Her: I think God has good sense of humour. I didn’t expect Uni level Bio tuition.

Her story
I was telling God earlier (like within these 2 days) as a passing comment, maybe I should consider volunteering to give tuition this period.
Maybe secondary school Chinese or something.
It didn’t even cross my mind for Biology as I felt that I am outdated.
From the her really liked Biology from secondary school & graduated from Bioscience on a government scholarship from NTU 10 years ago.
And so… I have a Biology tuition teacher now (as of 1 May 2020).
Yayyy!!! Thank you God.
